Roofing.Media exists for one reason: most roofing companies do good work that nobody sees. The roof goes on, the crew moves to the next job, and the only record is a few blurry photos on a phone. We plan the footage, edit it and put it where homeowners make decisions. We are a marketing and business consulting service, not a roofer and not a drone operator.

The company

Roofing.Media is a Canadian business and part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. We serve roofing companies in all 10 provinces and 3 territories.

  • Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca all operate under it.
  • SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone), a Canadian consultancy, handles strategy, AI and revenue acceleration work. Ali Sedighi founded it and serves as Founder and Managing Partner, and Sedighi.ca provides its strategic leadership.
  • Trades.Agency is the group's agency brand for trades and home-service businesses. Roofing.Media follows its pricing and working terms.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Ali Sedighi leads Roofing.Media. His training is an MBA in Technology Management, and his marketing career runs 17+ years, back to 2007 and the founding of ONE.ir, his first full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Later ventures include Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, alongside his role leading SAZ.ca. His client work spans Canada, the USA and Dubai, and his team's portfolio counts 150+ live HVAC websites, among them CombiBoiler.ca, Roma Heating & Cooling and HeatLand.

That HVAC background matters for roofing. Heating companies and roofers share the same problem: an expensive, infrequent purchase, a homeowner who cannot judge workmanship, and a few competitors bidding on the same job. The content methods that worked in HVAC, steady useful publishing and every piece tied to a page that converts, carry over. The results page shows what they produced, presented as results from our HVAC work.

How we work

We work in four steps, and each one is written down.

  1. Audit what exists. We look at your website, Google Business Profile, social channels and the photos sitting on your crew's phones. Most companies have more usable footage than they think.
  2. Write the plan. Which jobs to film, which angles to capture, who flies and under which Transport Canada certificate, how consent is collected, and where each piece will go. Costs are in writing too.
  3. Edit and publish. We edit, caption and place every piece, and we keep the files in a photo library that you own.
  4. Measure and adjust. Monthly reports focus on estimate requests, calls and texts, and close rates, not just views. If something is not working, we say so.

Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. You own your website content, footage, channels and accounts.

Why a media brand for roofers

The idea is simple. Plenty of roofing crews do beautiful work while their website still shows a stock photo of a shingle. The gap is rarely equipment; nearly every crew lead carries a capable camera in a pocket. The gap is a plan, a routine and someone to turn raw clips into finished pieces. Roofing.Media is that someone, and nothing more: the crew keeps roofing, and we keep the footage moving from the job site to the places buyers look.

What we will not do

  • Fly drones or climb roofs. We plan and edit. Flight decisions belong to a certified pilot.
  • Give aviation, legal or safety advice. We summarise official pages, such as those in our drone rules guide, and link to them. Compliance questions go to the regulator, a lawyer or your safety advisor.
  • Publish unsafe footage. If a clip shows work that contradicts fall protection rules, it does not get used.
  • Invent anything. No fake reviews, no staged customer quotes, no stock photos passed off as your jobs, no promises of rankings or leads.

Our positioning

Roofing.Media is a digital marketing and business consulting service for roofing and home-service businesses in Canada. Nobody here climbs a ladder for pay: we do no installs, repairs or service calls of any kind. We help roofers show their own work honestly and well.

If that sounds like what you need, see our services, check pricing, or call, text or email.

Frequently asked questions

Is Roofing.Media a roofing company?

No. We are a marketing and business consulting service. We never install, repair or inspect roofs, and we do not compete with our clients for work.

Is Roofing.Media a drone company?

No. We plan aerial shoots and edit the results. A pilot with the right Transport Canada certificate, on your team or hired by you, does the flying and is responsible for each flight.

Who will I actually work with?

A senior strategist, with Ali Sedighi overseeing strategy. You will not be passed to a call centre or an anonymous ticket queue.

Where are you based?

Vancouver, British Columbia. We work with roofing companies in every province and territory, by video call or in person as well as by phone, text and email.
