To start, phone or text (604) 632-4959, or write to Ali@Sedighi.ca. Office hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Tell us a little about your roofing company and the footage you already have, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
What happens next
Tell us the basics
Business, city, website and the problem to solve.
We review it
We look at your site and local search results first.
We talk it through
A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.
Three ways to reach us
Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you want to talk it through. If we miss you, leave a short message with your name, company and town, and we will call back.
Text (604) 632-4959. Best if you are on a roof or between jobs. A couple of lines is fine; we will reply by text and set up a call if needed.
Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to include links to your website, profile or channels, or a few sample photos.
We only contact people who have reached out to us first.
What to include in your first message
A few facts let us give you a useful answer straight away:
- your company name and the town or region you serve
- your website and Google Business Profile, if you have them
- the type of roofing you do most (residential, commercial, metal, low-slope, repairs)
- roughly how many jobs you finish in a season
- what footage you have now: phone photos, drone shots, any video
- whether anyone on your crew holds a Transport Canada drone pilot certificate
- what you want more of: estimate requests, bigger jobs, a specific town
A message template
Copy, fill in the brackets and send by text or email:
Hi Ali, I run [Business name] in [City]. We mostly do [type of roofing] and finish about [number] jobs a season. Our website is [website]. We have [describe current photos and video]. [Someone on our crew has / We don't have] a drone pilot certificate. We'd like help with [what you want]. Best time to reach me is [time].
What happens next
- We reply. Usually within one business day, by the same channel you used.
- A free 30-minute conversation. We look at your website, profile and channels beforehand, then talk through what is missing, what is usable and what we would do first.
- A written plan. If it makes sense to work together, you get a plan in writing: services, shot plan, who flies, how consent is handled, timeline and price. No pressure to sign; plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
Before you get in touch
You might find answers in the FAQ or on the pricing page. If you are mainly wondering about drones, the drone rules guide summarises Transport Canada's official pages. If you want to see what we would build, the services overview explains each piece.
Who you will be talking to
Roofing.Media is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. When you get in touch, you reach a senior strategist, not a call centre. We are a marketing and business consulting service: we plan and edit footage, and we do not install, repair or inspect roofs or fly drones.
If you are not ready yet
Plenty of owners get in touch months before they want to start, often in winter while planning the next season. That is fine. A short conversation now can help you set up a capture routine for spring, even if you never hire us. The shot list guide is a good place to begin on your own.
Hours and response times
- Hours: Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific.
- Replies: We usually reply within one business day.
- Time zones: We work with roofing companies across Canada. For clients in Atlantic Canada, a morning text from you reaches us before our office opens, and we reply when it does.
If your question is about a flight at a specific address, the pilot and Transport Canada are the right sources. If it is about the marketing, we are.
Frequently asked questions
Which is the fastest way to reach you?
A text or a call during business hours. Email works well if you want to attach a few photos or a link to your website and channels.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. Eligible trades businesses pay nothing for the opening half-hour, and nothing obliges you to continue.
Should we send footage before the call?
A few links help: your website, your Google Business Profile and any channel where you post video. Do not send large files at first; we will share a proper upload link if we work together.
Will I talk to a salesperson?
No. You will talk to a senior strategist who can answer questions about footage, drone planning and pricing directly.
