Roofing.Media follows the Trades.Agency pricing, and the short version is this: the Growth plan costs $1,999 for a month-to-month roofer and $1,499 a month for one billed annually. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add the GST or HST that applies in their province. There is no long-term contract; plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel.

The three plans

Plan Month-to-month Annual billing What it is built for
Growth $1,999/month $1,499/month Core digital marketing for an established roofing business
Elite $3,999/month $2,999/month More channels working together, and Trades.Agency website design packages at half price
Enterprise $7,999/month $5,999/month Your own marketing team, support at the front of the queue, and a website of any package designed and built at no charge

The exact mix of services in each plan, for example how many project films or clip batches a month, is agreed in writing at the start, based on how many jobs you finish and what you want more of. The services overview explains the five parts.

What drives the cost

Four things decide which plan fits.

  1. Job volume. A company finishing 40 roofs a season produces more footage to edit, catalogue and publish than one finishing 12.
  2. Number of formats. Aerial galleries alone need less editing time than galleries plus monthly project films plus weekly short clips.
  3. Service area and language. Several towns, each with its own page and gallery, take more work than one. Bilingual content, required in practice for Quebec audiences, adds translation and a second set of captions.
  4. How much else is in scope. If you also want local SEO, ads or a new website, the higher plans include more of that work.

Costs outside the plan

To avoid surprises, here is what is usually not part of a plan:

  • Drone pilot fees, if you hire an outside pilot rather than using a certified crew member. The pilot quotes you directly.
  • Camera operator fees, if you want a professional on site for showcase jobs.
  • Equipment your crew uses, such as a gimbal or a clip-on microphone.
  • Ad spend, if paid promotion of videos is part of your plan; that goes to the platform, not to us.

A quick budget check

A plan should pay for itself on a few extra jobs. Take an example with your own numbers in mind: if your average re-roof brings in $15,000 and your gross margin is 30%, each job leaves about $4,500 before overhead. On the Growth plan at $1,999 a month, that is roughly $24,000 a year, or the gross profit from about five or six extra jobs. If better footage and faster follow-up lift your close rate even slightly across a season's estimates, the maths can work. If you only run a handful of estimates a year, start smaller or wait.

These figures are illustrative, not a forecast. We will run the numbers with your actual job values and close rates on the first call.

Monthly or annual billing?

Annual billing saves $500 a month on Growth, $1,000 on Elite and $2,000 on Enterprise, compared with month-to-month prices. It makes sense once you know the work suits you. Many owners start month-to-month for a season, see how the footage performs at estimates, then switch. There is no penalty for starting monthly.

How to choose

  • Growth suits a single-location roofer who wants a drone photo program, a photo library and steady clips.
  • Elite suits a roofer adding project films, video search and broader marketing, or one planning a new website.
  • Enterprise suits multi-crew, multi-town companies that want a dedicated team and a full website build.

Frequently asked questions

Are drone pilot or camera operator fees included?

Our plans cover planning, editing, publishing and reporting. If you hire an outside drone pilot or camera operator, they quote and bill you directly. If your own certified crew member flies, there is no extra pilot cost. We set this out in writing before you start.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. You stay because the work is useful, not because of a contract: give 30 days' notice and the plan ends. Annual billing is optional and lowers the monthly price.

Do prices include GST or HST?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST or HST is added by province.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. For eligible trades businesses, the opening half-hour conversation costs nothing and sits outside any paid plan.

Who owns the footage if we stop?

You do. Your photo library, website content, YouTube channel and social accounts stay in your company's name.
